For a strong dose of ruggedness, they’re made with synthetic shells that stand up to changes in weather and common traveling hazards while delivering resonance, projection, clarity and warmth. Outfitted with natural hand-selected buffalo skin heads, the response you get is full of dynamic warmth and depth along with sharp highs and an outstanding feel—the heads measure 6 ½” and 7 ½”. Four tunable 8 mm lugs on each drum allow you to dial-in your desired pitch easily—a tuning wrench is included with these bongos for quick, on-the-spot adjustments or head changes.
